He is never late, His timing is always good, and there is always a purpose behind it. So the next time you find yourself questioning God’s timing, remember these three things. Even when things are tough, we can know that God is still good and that He loves us. We may not be able to see the big picture like God can, but we can trust that He is in control. His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We may not always understand God’s timing, but we can trust that He knows what He is doing. He is using the waiting to grow our faith and prepare us for what He has in store (James 1:2-4). Even though we may not understand why He makes us wait, we can trust that there is a reason behind it. His Word tells us that He is faithful and just to fulfill His promises (Deuteronomy 7:9).
